It is a residential complex of private homes, which is why compliance with the regulations approved by its owners is required. Failure to comply with these rules will result in the corresponding sanction.


Article 2. Radio and television sets must be regulated in intensity so that the noise does not transcend the area of the home or premises in which it is used.

Article 6. It is prohibited to hang clothes outside balconies or windows. You may lay down inside the balcony, but it is prohibited to do so on the railings.

Article 8. Everyone is required to deposit their garbage bags in the containers provided outside the complex.

Article 24 and 25. It is mandatory to close the entrance door to the complex. In the event that someone, due to non-compliance with these rules, allows the passage of people who perpetrate criminal acts, they will be held responsible to the appropriate extent, and the Community, regardless of the sanctions that may be applied to them contained in these Rules, you may take legal action against him.

Article 36. Pets are prohibited in all common areas.

Article 43. The access door to the pool must remain closed, therefore users must close the door when entering and leaving the pool.

Article 43 b. Users must shower before entering the pools.

Article 44. It will not be permitted to use tires, rubber boats, mats, balls, rackets, etc., or any element that prevents the normal practice of using the pools for other users within the pool area. The use of life-saving floats used by minors is excepted from the above.

Article 44 b. Glasses, bottles, cups or any other glass element are prohibited in common areas, solarium and inside the pool, as well as any type of food or drink inside the pool.

Article 45. The use of transistors or similar is not allowed, unless headphones are used.

Article 46. Ball, racket, or any other games that may cause discomfort to other users are prohibited inside and outside the pool.

Article 46 b. All types of fires, bonfires or barbecues are prohibited anywhere in the complex. Gas or electric barbecue is allowed for exclusive use inside the plot of each apartment, and never in common areas.

Article 33. Failure to comply with the provisions of the Standard will give the right to the Board of Owners, represented by the President, to take legal action.

Article 56. In addition to the sanctions provided for in articles 51 to 55, the breakage or deterioration of a common element, due to improper use or contrary to its intended purpose, will give rise to the financial demand for the repair invoice for said common element.
